Wendy Roberts graduated with
a BSc in Food Science and Technology (Hons) from University College
Cork in 1989. Over the last 13 years she has worked in product development
and technical services for both large multinationals including,
the Milk Marketing Board, Grand National Foods, Northern Foods and
Golden Vale and with smaller companies.
She has a vast technical experience in many product areas including:
